Volkswagen debuted a new concept car called the VW UP! Lite during the LA Auto Show a couple weeks ago that had everyone oggling. Up! Lite is a 4 passenger, front-wheel drive diesel-electric hybrid with 70 MPG fuel economy. No wonder it has an exclamation point in its name!
